2. Information we collect

• Account details — name, email, password and role if you register.
• Enquiries & messages — information you submit via enquiry forms, claim requests or support emails.
• Usage data — search queries, pages viewed, device/browser basics and approximate location signals needed to show local results.
• Listing owner data — profile content, contact numbers and documents submitted when claiming or managing a listing.

3. How we use information

• To operate search, listing pages and account features.
• To deliver enquiries and connection requests to listing owners or our support team.

4. Public directory data

Many institution names, locations and related details come from public or government education sources and may appear as unclaimed listings. Owners can claim profiles to correct or enrich contact information. Public directory fields may remain visible as part of the marketplace.

• Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety and platform integrity.

6. Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies for login/session security and may use analytics to understand how Discover is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without essential cookies.
